‘One Life To Live,’ ‘All My Children’ To Continue Online

ABC reported Thursday afternoon that two popular ABC soaps about to get the ax on television have been licensed to continue online.

The final episode of “All My Children” is expected to air on Fri., Sept. 23. ABC’s final episode of “One Life To Live” will air in January 2012.

“We are privileged to continue the legacy of two of the greatest programs to air on daytime television,” said Rich Frank and Jeff Kwatinetz of Prospect Park in a statement to KABC-TV.

“We believe that by continuing to produce the shows in their current hour format and with the same quality, viewers will follow the show to our new, online network.”

Release dates for the online versions of the shows has not been announced.
