“Lucky 13” Supplemental Contest Rules
PIKES PEAK TV, INC./Pikes Peak Radio, LLC.
1. Applicable Rules. These rules apply only to the above Contest. This Contest is also governed by the Pikes Peak Television, INC., Pikes Peak Radio LLC Official Rules.
2. Eligibility. The winner must be at least 21 years of age by the start of the contest on June 1, 2011. Listeners/viewers who have won a prize worth more than $600 in the past year, are not eligible to participate. Employees of Pikes Peak Television, Inc., Pikes Peak Radio LLC, Pikes Peak Radio LLC, Ringling Brothers & Barnum & Bailey Circus, Papa Murphy?s, 2011 US Women?s Open, Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, Kitchen& Bath Ideas, Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo, Colorado Renaissance Festival, PPCAA, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, O?Briens Carpet One Floor and Home, Colorado State Fair or at competitive broadcast companies are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary.
3.How to Enter. -You must LIKE KRDO on Facebook. KRDO is identified on Facebook as KRDO NEWSCHANNEL 13/KRDO.COM. KRDO has made it possible to ?Like? KRDO on Facebook on KRDO.COM. You must also fill out the entry form on KRDO.COM. -Each weekday, Monday ? Friday, a person who has LIKED KRDO on Facebook and filled out the contest form will be chosen as a qualifier to win a Grand Prize. -Every Friday during the contest period, one qualifier will be chosen to win a weekly prize. The winner will be announced on KRDO NewsChannel 13 during the weather segements and on KRDO NewsRadio around 7:20am and 4:20pm. The winner will also be posted on KRDO.COM. -From time to time KRDO will also be at various locations with a computer to facilitate ?Liking? KRDO on Facebook. – A total of 13 weekly prizes will be given away.
4. Awarding of Prize: Winners will be personally notified via private message to their Facebook page.

7. Contest Dates. This contest will run from from June 1, 2011 through September 2, 2011. All winners must show proper identification to claim prize. Anyone who wins a prize valued at $600 will be issued a 1099 for tax purposes.
