Mayoral Candidate Steve Bach?s Name First On Ballot

The order of the ballot positions for the Mayoral run-off election was decided with a drawing Thursday morning.

Two slips, each containing the name of the mayoral front-runners, were placed in a box. The order in which the names were drawn out is the order in which they will appear on the ballot. Steve Bach?s name was drawn out first, and Richard Skorman?s slip was drawn out second.

The run-off election will be done by mail. Ballots will be mailed to active voters on April 27. Ballots will be due at 7 p.m. on May 17.

Voters who did not vote in the first election can still cast their vote in the run-off election. New voters can register to vote in the run-off election until April 18 and inactive voters can re-activate their status until May 17.

The same drop-off locations used for the April 5 election will be used in the May 17 election.
