Prowers Co. Bans Medical Marijuana
Pot shops aren’t welcome in Prowers County after a vote Thursday at the county commission meeting.
The Prowers County Commission unanimously passed a resolution Dec. 16 prohibiting pot shops from operating anywhere in the county.
The law applies to everything except private use.
The resolution was signed at last Thursday’s meeting.
