Ashley Green, Producer

I started my career here at NEWSCHANNEL13 in January 2010 as a producer for Good Morning Colorado. Before making my way to Colorado, I worked as Senior Producer for KJTV in Lubbock, Texas and Associate Producer/Fill-In Producer for KDFW in Dallas.

I was born and raised in a small town just north of Austin, Texas, and lived there until I started college in Lubbock. After college, I stayed in Lubbock for about 6 months before taking a job in Dallas.

I graduated from Texas Tech University (Wreck ’em!) with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Atmospheric Science. I’m currently working on getting my certificate in broadcast meteorology from Mississippi State University’s online program.

I’m a huge sports and live music fan. So, when I’m not at work and trying to catch up on sleep from the overnight shift, I’m usually at the ballpark or out catching a band play somewhere.
