Format Specialist

Position: Format SpecialistKRDO, located on the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains, is seeking a Format Specialist to maintain formats for NPG’s Television stations in addition to providing daily support of programming and inventory needs for NPG stations.Duties and Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that all programming is accurate each day and all required criteria is in place prior to locking the log and delivering log to Master Control; working closely with Traffic Managers at all stations to ensure that programs and format are maintained to minimize exceptions; ensure timely completion of programming changes; perform log reconciliations in compliance with audit requirements; and serve as a point of contact with Wide Orbit for NPG and facilitate upgrades at NPG stations; maintain Wide Orbit database to insure accuracy and enable data sharing. Qualifications:Two years of television traffic and wide orbit experience is preferred as well as programming experience. Candidate must have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a fast paced environment is also a must.
