Supplemental Contest Rules ?LOST The Final Episode T-Shirt Contest? Pikes Peak Broadcasting Company
1) Applicable Rules. These rules apply only to the above Contest. This Contest is also governed by the Pikes Peak Television (PPT) Official Rules.
2) Eligibility. Any age is eligible to enter this contest.
a) Employees of the ABC Network or Pikes Peak Television are not eligible to participate
3) How to Enter.
a) Go to Facebook and join the conversation on ?NEWSCHANNEL 13 ABC? Sunday, May 23rd before, during or after the airing of ?LOST the Final Episode.?
b) Each person who posts a comment will be entered into a drawing for a Limited Edition ?LOST the Final Episode? T-shirt.
c) A total of 24 T-shirts will be given out.
4) Description of Prize. Twenty Four (24) t-shirt will be given away.
a) Each entry will be included in the drawing.
b) Only one shirt will be awarded per person.
c) This prize does not include tax payments, telephone, automobile or other insurance, transportation or any other expense or cost not specifically included herein.
d) It is the responsibility of the winner to pay any and all taxes associated with this or any other price won from PPT.
e) If the winner has accumulated an excess of $600 between January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010, they will be mailed a MISC 1099 for tax purposes.
5) Contest Dates. Comments for this Contest will be accepted Sunday, May 23rd from 5:00 pm to 12:00 am.
