Saturday Night Stabbing Assault In Colorado Sp[Rings

Colorado Springs- Colorado Springs police are investigating a stabbing that happened late Saturday night.

Officers responded to a report of a stabbing at 8171 Brigantine Drive. When they arrived, police say a man told them he had been stabbed.The victim’s wound was minor and did not require transportation to a medical facility. The victim told officers that he was standing outside his residence when he was approached by an unknown suspect who demanded his wallet. The victim stated the suspect stabbed him in the stomach once and fled in the area on foot.

The suspect was described as a White or Hispanic male, early 20’s, black hair, dressed wearing a brown/red colored shirt and blue jeans. The area was checked and no suspect was located.
