Two People Dead In Aurora Shooting
AURORA (AP) – Aurora police say two people were killed during a shooting at the parking of an apartment complex.
Police say two suspects who were arrested are being questioned about the shooting that happened at about 6:30 p.m. Monday in south Aurora. Police Detective Bob Friel says he can’t speculate about a motive for the shooting.
The victims’ names and those of the suspects were not released. Friel says witnesses told police about a car that may have been tied to the suspects and an officer spotted the vehicle speeding away from the scene. Friel says the car stopped and two people in it ran away but police chased and apprehended them.
