NEWSCHANNEL 13 is looking for an energetic and professional part-time reporter for Colorado Springs. The winning candidate will be a news professional who works well under deadline pressure in a team environment. Our newsroom is dedicated to breaking news and breaking stories.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include: present the news in an authoritative and compelling manner; photography and editing skills required on occasion. Must be able to establish contacts and generate story ideas.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have a degree in communication, mass media, journalism or other related studies and a minimum of one year experience reporting on newscasts. Must have good communication and writing skills, a good voice, and an authoritative delivery of the news. Bi-lingual a plus.
