Monday Morning Road Conditions
TELLER COUNTY – Five inches of snow from Sunday’s storm led to snowpacked roads for Monday morning’s commute. However, it was expected to melt quickly and be less of a concern Monday evening. No accidents were reported as of late morning.
Teller County ordered a full call-out of 18 vehicles, with no particular problem areas reported.
Meanwhile in El Paso County, icy conditions were reported east, north and west of Colorado Springs. The county had seven plows in service–five in the Monument and Black Forest, two in Cascade.
