Springs Conoco On Hancock Robbed, Suspect On The Loose

COLORADO SPRINGS – A suspect is on the loose after he robbed a Conoco gas station Wednesday.

Sand Creek officers were dispatched to the Conoco gas station at 2350 Hancock on a robbery with a weapon around 6:11 p.m. Police investigation revealed that the suspect entered into the cashier’s cage and demanded money from the register. He threatened to beat the female cashier if she didn’t comply. After getting the money, he told her not to call the police and ripped the corded phone off the counter and threw it to the ground. No weapon was seen.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5’09, weighing 160-170 lbs., wearing black pants, red undershirt, white hoodie jacket, black mask, white tennis shoes with red soles.
