Lee Richards – KRDO’s Morning News

Bornat an Army base, the first several years of my childhood Iwas thedaughter of a career military officer. Having lived all over the country – and in Germany – I settled in Colorado Springs in the late 80’s. Shortly after arrivingmy career in (music)radio was born, until2000 whenI accepted a jobwith nationally syndicated Business Talk Radio. When that company moved out of state I moved back into music radio, waiting for the opportunity tobe a member ofa news station.

One ofthe most rewarding aspects of being a member of the media is the opportunity to work with many charities and non-profit organizations, including animal rescues – and anyone who knows me knows of my devotion to animals. (I typically only adopt seniors – dogs and cats over the age of 10 – and Ihave…several!)
