DUI Caught On Tape By KRDO
EL PASO COUNTY -NEWSCHANNEL13 was there early Christmas morning when police took down a suspected drunk driver.
The man was driving on the wrong side of Highway 24 East of Colorado Springs and nearly hit aNEWSCHANNEL 13 vehicle head-on.
Our crewalertedpolice and followed the car until officers arrived.
The suspected drunk driver lost control and went off the road.
El Paso County Sheriff’s deputies and State Patrol struggled to get him into custody.
He was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving, and driving without insurance.
