And no, the latest diet hot off the press that’s generating buzz across the country, doesn’t mandate cottage cheese at every sitting, either. Believe it or not, you can eat anything you want – sweets, snacks, fast food. Oh, and no more fasting. You get to eat every three hours.

Sound too good to be true?

One man doesn’t think so.
