Rollover Crash Kills Woman In El Paso Co.
BLACK FOREST -Colorado State Patrol is investigating a crash that killed a 17-year-old girl in the Black Forest area.
It happened just after three o’clock in the morning at Brentwood and Pinery Drive, Northeast of Black Forest Road and Shoup. El Paso County Sheriff’s deputies were first on the scene, and found her pinned under the car. Flight for Life was called to transport the girl, but couldn’t land because of trees in the neighborhood. There are conflicting reports of exactly how many others were passengers in the rollover.
Initial reports came in that at least threechildren were also in the car at the time of the rollover but none were injured. State Patrol says the investigation is ongoing as to what caused the crash but drugs and alcohol are not believed to be factors in the crash.
