KRDO’s Tuesday Afternoon Pet of the Week

Diamond is your KRDO Pet of the Week from the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region! She is a six-year-old tricolor Pit Bull mix who came into HSPPR as an owner surrender.

· Diamond is a playful girl who loves a good game of chase, especially when tennis balls and stuffed toys are involved.

· She also knows that every great adventure deserves a reward and is a big fan of dog ice cream and pup cups.

· Diamond is crate trained and potty trained, giving her a great foundation for her next home.

· She enjoys going on walks with volunteers and is always ready to stretch her legs and explore.

· Diamond has lived with cats, but she would prefer to be the only dog in her home where she can soak up all the attention.

· A mature home will be the best fit for Diamond and can help her thrive while respecting her needs.

· She is the longest resident at HSPPR since she has been at the shelter for three weeks and still waiting for her first visit. Diamond is more than ready for someone to finally stop by and discover how special she is.

· If your idea of a perfect day includes walks, tennis balls, stuffed toys, and the occasional pup cup, Diamond would love to be your girl.
