KRDO’s Thursday Afternoon Pet of the Week

Mittens is the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region's Pet of the Week! She is a two-year-old gray and white Domestic Shorthair cat who came into HSPPR as an owner surrender.

· Mittens is a sweet girl who may be a little shy at first, but with a little patience, she’ll soon show her affectionate side.

· Once she feels comfortable, she loves leaning into your hand for pets and soaking up gentle attention.

· Mittens has experience living with children of all ages and did well, making her a wonderful addition to many family types.

· She has also lived with other cats and did well, so she may enjoy having a feline friend in her new home.

· Like her name suggests, Mittens is happiest when she finds a place where she feels safe, warm, and loved.
