KRDO’S Tuesday Afternoon Pet of the Week

Pumpkin is your KRDO Pet of the Week from the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region! She is a three-year-old white & black Domestic Shorthair cat who came into HSPPR as an owner surrender.

· Pumpkin season is starting a little early this year, and this adorable Pumpkin is ready to spice up someone's life.

· Pumpkin is a calm, gentle girl who may need a little extra patience as she settles into her new home.

· She needed some extra time and support to feel comfortable at the shelter, but once she warms up, she becomes wonderfully affectionate.

· Pumpkin loves cuddles, enjoys being petted, and has plenty to say once she feels at home, making her a delightfully chatty companion.

· She also appreciates her quiet moments and can often be found relaxing in a cozy cat bed or watching the world from a sunny windowsill.

· Pumpkin came from a home with several other cats and may enjoy having a friendly feline companion again with slow, thoughtful introductions.

· She would do best in a home without dogs or with calm, respectful dogs that will give her space.

· If you're ready to kick off Pumpkin season with a cat who's equal parts cozy, cuddly, and charming, Pumpkin is ready to be the pick of the patch.
