KRDO’s Pet of the Week, brought to you by the Humane Society and High Country Veterinary Hospital.

Krabby Patty is your KRDO Pet of the Week from the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region! He is a five-year-old white and black Pit Bull mix who came into HSPPR as a stray and now he’s ready to find his new home for the new year.

This is one happy dog that loves to smile with his floppy tongue hanging out! Krabby Patty might be shy when meeting new people, but he just needs some time to warm up. He’s a “goofy goober” when he’s comfortable and that’s when you see his sweet and friendly side come out even more.

Krabby Patty loves to go for walks and he especially enjoys a nice treat. He is known for wiggling his entire body when staff and volunteers use baby talk to praise him. Krabby Patty has done great meeting other dogs at the shelter and might benefit having another furry friend in your home. This sweet boy has been available for adoption for two weeks and is still waiting for his first visitor.

Want to know more about Krabby Patty? Visit hsppr.org or visit in person at 610 Abbot Lane in Colorado Springs. Adoption hours are 11 am – 5 pm weekdays and 11:00 am – 4:30 pm on weekends.
