Grassfire burning near Kim, CO

Firefighters are battling a grassfire burning northwest of Kim, in Las Animas County. The core of the fire is located off County Road 183.

Smoke could be seen for miles Wednesday night.

Little is known whether any structures are under threat. Stay tuned to KRDO for updates.
