Broncos waive two punters

The Denver Broncos on Thursday waived punters Colby Wadman and Trevor Daniel, it was announced.

Wadman (6-1, 213 pounds) is a third-year player who saw action in 28 career games during his first two NFL seasons with the Broncos (2018-19) after joining the club as a college free agent from the University of California-Davis. He punted 143 times for 6,369 yards (44.5 avg. / 38.7 net) with 51 punts inside the 20-yard line during the past two seasons.

Daniel (6-1, 231 pounds) is a third-year player who was signed by the Broncos to a future contract on Dec. 31, 2019. He played 18 games during his first two NFL seasons with Houston (2018-19) after joining the Texans as a college free agent from the University of Tennessee.
