Rocky Ford shooting suspect added to Crime Stoppers most wanted list

The suspect in a shooting that happened in Rocky Ford last month has been added to the Pueblo Crime Stoppers Top 10 most wanted list.

Ricky Maes, 31, is wanted for attempted first-degree murder and first-degree assault.

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation says Maes has ties to the Rocky Ford and La Junta areas and should be considered armed and dangerous.

The shooting happened in the 600 block of N. 8th Street just after 6 p.m. on March 10.

Investigators think Maes opened fire when a fight broke out.
