Lamborn to headline veterans health care summit
Rep. Doug Lamborn of Colorado Springs will participate in a health care summit for Southern Colorado veterans Tuesday night.
Concerned Veterans For America will host the summit with a goal of finding solutions to help provide thousands of veterans with better, quicker access to health care.
The summit comes just weeks after reports surfaced accusing the staff at the VA Clinic in Colorado Springs of altering wait and appointment times.
The event will start at 5:30 p.m. at Stargazers Theater. Military families and the public are welcome.
