Springs police investigate stabbing

Colorado Springs police are investigating after a stabbing.

It happened Monday night in the 100 block of North Academy Boulevard.

Police were called to the scene and found a man with lacerations to his face. He was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover.

Investigators say the victim was in an argument with another man, who then pulled out a box cutter and cut him.

Police arrested Michael Saylor, 54, on charges of first-degree assault.
