BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. — Led by DQ Nicholas’ 18 points, the Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs defeated the Carolina University Bruins 120-44 on Wednesday night. The Runnin’ Bulldogs moved to 3-7 with the win and the Bruins dropped to 0-2.
