Pueblo County deputies searching for attempted murder suspect

The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office is looking for help finding a suspect in an attempted murder case.

Deputies said a warrant was issued Saturday for 28-year-old Cesar Arias. He is wanted on attempted murder charges. Detectives are also trying to find two other people of interest.

Arias is wanted in connection to a shooting that happened on Tuesday, June 26 around 5 a.m. It happened in the 5000 block of Red Creek Springs Road. When authorities arrived, they found Samuel Arguello, 20, shot, lying in the street.

Deputies said Arias is described as a Hispanic male, 5’10, 165 pounds with long dark hair and brown eyes. He is known to drive both a white 90’s model Chevy Blazer and a Green Dodge Durango. If you see Arias, deputies said call 911.
