WEEKEND FORECAST STARTS SUNNY AND ENDS CLOUDY

TONIGHT: Partial clearing and cold overnight. Morning lows Saturday will fall into the 20s and 30s.

TOMORROW: Saturday is the day to be outdoors and soaking up some partly to mostly sunny skies. Highs will soar into the 50's to mid 60's around the Pikes Peak region.

EXTENDED: Our next disturbance ushers in the chance for afternoon showers on Sunday (mainly after 2pm) some of these showers (and a few embedded storms) could be slow-movers and, as a result produce some heavy ponding on urban roads late in the day. Lingering showers will transition to snow showers late in the evening. Higher terrain areas are likely to see a light to moderate round of snow on grassy surfaces overnight Sunday into Monday morning.

NEXT WEEK: Rain and higher elevation snow will linger into the start of the work week on Monday.
