Southeast Springs shooting victim identified

A man who was found shot to death outside of a Colorado Springs apartment complex has been identified.

Police say Kenneth Chazz Pritchett Jr. of Colorado Springs was the victim of a homicide.

Officers were called to the Citadel Apartments, 3616 Galley Road, at 2:58 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 to investigate a report of shots fired. Police say Pritchett was dead when officers arrived.

There have been 5 homicides in Colorado Springs so far in 2014.
