Man robbed over a pack of cigarettes
A man was robbed Thursday night shortly before 9:30 near Chelton Rd. And Fountain Blvd.
Two black males asked the victim for a cigarette in an apartment parking lot.
When the victim did not give the men a cigarette one of the men hit him, causing him to fall to the ground.
One of the suspects then went into his pocket and took the pack of cigarettes.
As the two suspects ran from the area and the man got back to his feet, one of the suspects fired a gunshot at the victim.
The round hit the mans vehicle breaking out the rear window but the victim was unharmed.
One of the suspects is described as a tall, thin black male wearing dark clothes and the other suspect is described as a shorter, heavy set black male wearing a red jacket.
