Driver Hits Fire Truck

A driver runs into a fire truck in Colorado Springs.

Fire officials said the accident happened at about 4:30 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Chestnut and Fillmore. A witnesses said the fire truck did have it’s lights and sirens on when the driver of an SUV rear-ended it. Three firefighters had minor injuries and one civilian was transported to the hospital in stable condition, according to the Colorado Springs Fire department.

No word on if the driver will be ticketed.
