Fire crews working on Platte River fire in Ramona Gulch

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- Fire crews responded to reports of a fire in Jefferson County, northeast of Buffalo Creek and East of Foxton in the Ramona Gulch area.
Fire suppression is being provided by the United States Forest Service, a Type 2 Helicopter, two Airtankers, and one Air Attack. The USFS is referring to this as the Platte River fire.
