KRDO’s Thursday Morning Pet of the Week
KRDO’s Pet of the Week, brought to you by the Humane Society and High Country Veterinary Hospital.
If you are looking for a sweet, shy boy to love, come check out Zeddicus, a 2-year-old neutered pit bull mix. Zeddicus came in as a stray, and no owners ever came to claim him. He can be a little shy in new situations, but he warms up quickly with people, and he’ll be your best friend for life! Zeddicus is a little nervous around other dogs, so he might need a good introduction period with any doggie friends. He already knows how to sit and shake for treats, and he’s excited to learn more with your guidance. If you want a very special human/doggie relationship, come visit with Zeddicus for yourself today! His adoption fee is $250, which includes a voucher for a veterinarian exam, vaccinations, a 1-year dog license, and a microchip, and he has already been neutered by our veterinary team.
Want to know more about Zeddicus? Visit hsppr.org or visit in person at 610 Abbot Lane in Colorado Springs. Adoption hours are 11 am – 5 pm weekdays and 11:00 am – 4:30 pm weekends. For the safety of our staff and adopters, we are limiting the number of adopters in the building at a time, and we are requiring masks to be worn by all adopters. Can’t adopt right now? You can still help out pets in need in our region by making a donation at hsppr.org/donate.
