Afternoon Storm Chances Saturday/Sunday

noaa spc

TONIGHT: Partly to mostly cloudy, with slow clearing through Saturday morning. Overnight lows will drop to the 30s and 40s.

WEEKEND: More scattered storms are likely for your Saturday with slightly warmer highs in the 70s. Sunday begins mostly cloudy then transitions to a mix of sun/clouds before a few evening showers/storms will pop over the mountains working east through the remainder of the day. Severe weather not likely but frequent lighting remains a concern.

EXTENDED: We dry out and become hot through the early part of next week. Some areas in Southern Colorado could be near record highs by next Tuesday!
