Crash closes intersection at Union and Circle

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Police were called to the scene of a traffic accident in the intersection of N. Circle Drive and N. Union Boulevard Monday night.

Police say multiple people sustained minor injuries and that one driver is expected to be charged with DUI. It's unclear how many people and vehicles were involved in the incident.

All lanes of Union and eastbound travel on Circle were closed at the intersection for about one hour. The lanes were reopened around 9:15 p.m., according to police.
