Weather pattern changing – 8/29/19
TODAY: After a nice start to the day, clouds will start to build around Southern Colorado between 2 and 3pm. A few showers or stray thunderstorm are possible around that time too through the Pikes Peak Region and south of Highway 50. Those chances continue through 7pm tonight. Highs today will be warming to the 80s, 90s and 100s.
TONIGHT: Clearing and drying with lows cooling to the 50s and 60s.
EXTENDED: Increased storm chances look likely for Friday with the possibility of a couple of strong ones. We will be keeping a close eye on your Friday storm forecast for you. Because of more storm coverage, temps will be a little cooler tomorrow afternoon. A few more storms stick around on Saturday before we dry out and heat up again for the holiday.
