BREAKING: Man attacked with meat cleaver in Pueblo
Police in Pueblo are investigating after a man was reportedly attacked with a meat cleaver.
Just before 2 A.M. Sunday morning, officers responded to the call at a Loaf N’ Jug on the 900-block of Highway 50.
That’s where the victim ran for help, after he says someone approached him at a Jack in the Box down the street, and accused him of stealing a bag.
We’re told that’s when the suspect attacked him with a meat cleaver.
The victim is being treated at a local area hospital for a gash on his leg, but is expected to be okay.
Police are still looking for the suspect.
