Thawing out – 5/10/19
TODAY: Friday begins with some patchy fog and low clouds. Some areas south of Highway 50 will continue to see a bit of rain and snow until the mid morning hours. Following that, we dry out and get into some cloud breaks for the lunchtime. Highs will warm into the 40s and 50s today, allowing things to feel a little better than yesterday! By the evening drive a few rain and snow showers move in and stay west of I-25. Drying takes place through midnight.
TONIGHT: Partly to mostly cloudy with overnight lows cooling into the 30s and 40s.
EXTENDED: A few showers and storms are in the forecast on Saturday, but highs will be a lot warmer and will get back to the 60s and 70s. We stay mild and mainly dry for Mother’s Day, which means a nice day for plans with Mom!
