Kimberlee Singler was arrested in the U.K. in December after attempting to flee the U.S. on an arrest warrant for murder charges. Authorities found her 7-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter dead in a home here in Colorado Springs.
Singler has remained in police custody in London since her arrest as her extradition hearings play out, a process that's expected to be lengthy due to the rules of the British court. This will be her second court appearance.
