Man hit and killed by car while crossing Pueblo street
Pueblo Police say a man is dead after a car hit him while he was crossing the street.
Police are investigating the death. Officers said the victim was trying to cross 4th Street and was hit by a red Chevy. The victim was not using a crosswalk.
The investigation is still in the early stages, but police believe the man is homeless. The victim’s name has not been released.
One person was in the vehicle that hit the man. They have been taken to the hospital for treatment.
