Storms Ending Tonight 6-5-18

TONIGHT: A few thunderstorms have developed along some lingering boundaries this evening. These will weaken and push east overnight. Skies become mostly clear by early tomorrow with lows in the 50s and low 60s.

TOMORROW: Another hot day is expected with record warmth likely again. Highs soar to the 80s and 90s with some triple digits in the Southeastern Plains. A few more clouds are expected during the afternoon with some thunderstorms which may help to cool some areas down temporarily. Chances for stronger storms look more likely near the Kansas border.

EXTENDED: The hot weather continues all week with even drier conditions Thursday and Friday. Temps will cool off by a few degrees over the weekend as some showers and storms will be possible once again. Temps look to cool by about 5-10 degrees by early next week.
