All 5 Colorado Springs Taco Bueno locations to close

Taco Bueno is about to be extinct in Colorado Springs. The company announced this week that it would close all five locations in the city by January 15.

Tony Darden, the chief operating officer at Taco Bueno Restaurants, issued the following statement:

“Closing stores is a difficult decision but it is necessary in order to refine our focus and best position the Company for the future. We are thankful for the customers and staff who supported us in Colorado Springs and look forward to continuing our mission to serve guests the best tasting Tex-Mex at our remaining 170+ locations.”

Darden added that the company is working with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment to help employees find a new job.
