Mild Friday, Then Changes Coming – 12/28/17

Tonight: Mostly clear skies are expected overnight. Temperatures bottom out in the 20s for many areas. Layer up as you step outdoors!

Friday: It’ll be the last guaranteed “nice” day before we start getting cooler on Saturday. Highs will be in the 60s across most of the Front Range while the mountains top out in the 50s. Skies will feature a nice variety of sunshine and clouds from time to time. The wind will stay light across the Front Range, but mountain cities will be in the 30-40mph range with gusts in higher elevations up to 50+ at times.

Extended: Our next disturbance sweeps through this weekend. This will drop temperatures to the 20s by Sunday. On Sunday, we also have a slight chance for a few showers; however, little to no impacts are anticipated. Temperatures next week look slow to warm.
