KRDO 2022 Voter Guide: Mitchell LaKind

Mitch LaKind is running to be the next Mayor of the Town of Monument. 

LaKind currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Town of Monument. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1986 to 1991. He also spent three years in the Arizona Army National Guard and one year with the US Air Force as a contractor at Thule AB in Greenland. He first moved to Colorado for a brief time in 2004 and then moved back to the Monument area in 2018. He is originally from New Jersey.
