KRDO 2022 Voter Guide: Michael Bennet

Senator Michael Bennet, a Democrat, was appointed to the Senate in 2009. He was elected for a full six-year term to represent Colorado in the United States Senate in 2010. 

Before serving in office, Bennet was the Superintendent of Denver Public Schools. According to his official campaign website, he earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from Wesleyan University and went on to graduate from Yale Law School.
