Winds Taper Off Tonight

TONIGHT: Dry and partly cloudy with lows cooling to the 40s. Winds tapering off around 9 pm for Pikes Peak region and lingering into the overnight for the Eastern Plains. Upper 30s are expected tonight over our mountain cities.

TOMORROW: Partly sunny with a mix of sun/clouds. Highs closer to seasonal in the 60/70's for the Pikes Peak region. Afternoon storm chances will remain isolated along the I-25 corridor with a strong storm or two possible east of La Junta after 4pm.

EXTENDED: We warm up a bit more and stay mainly dry through Friday and Saturday before widespread moisture moves in on Sunday. These Sunday storms cool our highs back to the 60s and 70s again.
