BREEZY/MILD END TO THE WEEK

unsettledwx

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy with lows dropping to the 20s.

FRIDAY: Partly Sunny skies are with us on Friday with temps in the low 50's and breezy west winds 15-20 mph, with gusts close to 30mph at times

WEEKEND: The weekend will be fairly unsettled with an unsettled weather pattern increasing cloud cover and snow chances. Heavy snow continues to fall over the ski resorts and the mountains with an isolated snow shower or two west of I-25 through the late morning and afternoon. Snow slows down through the evening drive for the mountains and will redevelop again through midnight. Some of this will likely stream into the Pikes Peak Region overnight Friday into Saturday morning.  1” or less of accumulation is likely through lunchtime. The rest of your Saturday looks quiet with mostly cloudy skies! Sunday brings better chances for snow through the daytime. Minor to moderate accumulation looks likely for the Pikes Peak Region and local mountains. We will keep you updated on snow totals as the event gets closer!
