Near 100-degree temps prompting heat advisory

Today: Overnight lows are still dropping down into the 60s despite the high temperatures warming into the mid-90s for Colorado Springs. Pueblo will likely hit 101 for your Sunday. A heat advisory is in place from noon until 8 pm for El Paso and Pueblo County, along with the San Luis Valley and parts of the southeastern plains.

Tomorrow: Temperatures continue to rise with Colorado Springs getting into the high 90s and Pueblo looking at a high temperature of 105. Another heat advisory is in place over the same areas from 9 am until 8 pm. Due to the hot temperatures it's possible the advisory could be upgraded. Temperatures stay warm but begin to cool for Tuesday as monsoonal moisture makes it's way back over the I-25 corridor and eastern areas.
