Tracking hotter temps & a few storms

TODAY: Temps head back up to the low 90s in Colorado Springs and high 90s in Pueblo. We're tracking isolated afternoon and evening showers and storms mainly across the mountains, but severe weather chances look much lower than Wednesday. With that said, any heavy rainfall across burn scars could cause additional localized flash flooding.

EXTENDED: Temperatures stay the low 90s in Colorado Springs and mid to high 90s in Pueblo Thursday through the weekend. PM Precipitation chances gradually increase along and east of I-25 with a few showers and thunderstorms Friday, slightly more activity Saturday and the potential for fairly widespread severe weather by Sunday.
