Hot and dry… followed by more hot and dry…

TODAY: We've got another fast warmup in store today as temps get into the upper 80s and low 90s for highs in the Pikes Peak Region. Expect low to mid 90s along HWY 50. We'll see a few afternoon clouds and some wind gusts here and there. Most will stay dry.

MONDAY: Rinse and repeat. Hot and dry. Perhaps a degree or two warmer. A little bit of an afternoon breeze.

REST OF THE WEEK: We may see temps cool back down a few degrees... largely not noticeable... on Tuesday and Wednesday, with another slight bump in temps Thursday and Friday. Fingers crossed by the weekend that we begin to seem some monsoon storm start building in the mountains. It's hopefully the start of a wetter pattern change in Colorado to bring beneficial moisture to the state.
